From Family Kitchen to Event Venue.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been mixing ingredients to create something new. Growing up, I learned the secrets of our Italian cooking heritage from my family—recipes passed down, refined, and made with care.

As I began cooking these dishes myself, word quickly spread. What started as meals for friends and family soon became requests for dinner parties and events. It was then I realised cooking wasn’t just a passion, it was a gift.

After gaining experience across a wide range of catering venues, from large function rooms to gastro pubs, Al Dente Catering Ltd was born.
